8Gb Installation for Halo 4?

July 3rd, 2012 by Matthew Maidment 1 Comment

Xbox Users Rejoice! They’ve done it again….

It’s time to free some space on your Hard Drive, as 343 Industries have today confirmed that a minimum of 8GB is needed for the “optimal” experience with the Xbox 360.

**Minimum 8GB USB Flash Drive or Xbox 360 Hard Drive required for Multiplayer. For optimal experience in Campaign mode, play with Xbox 360 Hard Drive. (For Xbox 360 4 GB, Arcade and Core consoles, Xbox 360 Hard Drive sold separately).”

Some people would say that’s a bit extreme but in all fairness you have to realise that the Xbox 360 will be nearly be 7 years old when it’s released November 6th.

With the way Halo looked during E3, no one can blame them really, as a good example, Battlefield 3 needed the same HD content and it’s still the most stunning FPS to date.

Well till November anyway.

As the final AAA titles are being released for 2012 do you think it’s time for a new generation of consoles?

Born and raised in Coventry City UK, Matthew has been typing longer than he's been writing and the internet has become his playground. Having a penchant for the darker side of literature and mythology, Matthew satisfied his curiosity by devouring almost every book and article on ancient civilizations and Gods he could get his ink stained little hands on. This interest in the esoteric eventually led Matt into Comics, first with Neil Gaiman's fantastic Sandman series and eventually into becoming a living encyclopedia on all things DCU. These days you can find this keyboard warrior utilizing his insane skills as an elite sniper on Battlefield 3, listening to the cries of noobs as they run into his patient sights.
