Call of Duty PSVita update

June 20th, 2012 by bash 1 Comment

A retail leak on the sale of Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified from the US Amazon website reveals that the game will be priced at $49.99, approximately $10 more than standard games.

This is consistant with Activision prices on other consoles and even with the weak sales of the Vita the company don’t seem too fazed at over pricing the game. However, the question begs to be asked, will this hurt the PSVita which badly needs more top games to help boost sales, or is the Call of Duty franchise strong enough to pick the PSVita up?

The website also let loose on a possible plot for the game.

“Before the future could be won, history had to be written. Exposing that story exclusively on PlayStation Vita, Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified explores original fiction in the Call of Duty Black Ops universe with an all-new campaign of Special Ops missions. Optimised for gamers on-the-go, Call of Duty Black Ops: Declassified delivers the most intense handheld Call of Duty experience to date, including both Special Ops Story mode and Multiplayer combat tailored for the PS Vita.”

I for one am finally looking forward to a COD game for the first time because I wish to stretch the anologue sticks a bit with a good game.

Hi all. I'm Bash and love anything and everything to do with Star Wars. Although I've watched hundreds of movies, read dozens of books and played numerous computer games from other genres and franchises since, nothing has come close to seeing George Lucas' epic for the very first time. I hope you all like the site and come back often.
