Justin Long is in talks to star in an adaptation of the Stephen King story, The Ten O’Clock People.
According to Deadline, the Die Hard 4.0 actor will play the leading role, most likely Brandon Pearson. Tom Holland (Fright Night, Child’s Play) will direct.
King’s short short story was published in 1993 as part of his ‘Nightmares and Dreamscapes’ collection. It follows Pearson, who in trying to kick his smoking habit uncovers a frightening aspect of reality he plans to extinguish through extreme measures.
The Ten O’Clock People will begin filming later this summer.
