February 8th, 2012 by Marc Comments

Actress Anna Graves, currently popping up in Star Wars: The Clone Wars as Mandalore’s duchess Satine Kryze, Senator Meena Tills and bounty hunter Sugi, will be joining us tomorrow night for a live chat about how it feels to be a part of the Star Wars universe, and especially how it feels to be three of the strongest women, not just in Star Wars, but in sci-fi.

We’ll also chat to her about her work in games such as Bio-Shock and Avatar.

You can listen to the show live from 9pm (GMT) by clicking the link at the top of the page (the link goes live when we go on air). If you don’t catch it live it’ll be available to download as a podcast early next week from Spreaker and iTunes.

We’ll also be talking Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace 3D and all the week’s big news in movies, games, TV, comics and the paranormal.

So you know where to be this Thursday from 9… remember, you Nerd it here first

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
