Kevin Costner is set to star in the upcoming Jack Ryan reboot, Deadline is reporting.
The former Robin Hood star will play a CIA mentor to Chris Pine’s Ryan. The untitled film will be directed by Kenneth Branagh.
Elsewhere, Costner will star in an action thriller called Three Days to Kill.
The film, produced by Luc Besson, would see the actor play Ethan Renner, a dying assassin who takes up one final assignment. McG is thought to be interested in directing.
Costner will soon be seen as Jonathan “Pa” Kent in the upcoming Superman reboot, Man of Steel.
