The character of Crossbones looks set to make an appearance in the next Captain America movie.
Frank Grillo, most recently seen in The Grey, and best known for Prison Break, is rumored to be up for a part as the man also known as Brock Rumlow.
The actor recently tweeted about a visit to Los Angeles and a meeting with Marvel along with the hashtag “#captainamerica” however they have since been deleted.
Crossbones, who is better known for his major role in Ed Brubaker’s modern arc on Captain America, is a highly trained mercenary working for the Red Skull
Captain America: The Winter Soldier will be released on April 4, 2014.
