Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has been a busy boy between going boozing in Dublin and getting involved in new projects…
Yahoo! is reporting that the actor, who is in Dublin filming The F Word, ended up at a party with the Dublin Minor GAA team after they won last Sunday’s All-Ireland and seems, from the pics, to have had a lot of, em, fun…
According to GAA player Conor Mulally the actor was wandering the city at three in the morning, got chatting to the team and ended up at a party at team captain David Byrne’s house, as the pictures on the page show. It’s fair to say he probably had a drink or two, Conor went on to say the team paid for the actor’s taxi after the party as he had no cash on him, despite being worth £54 million.
Dublin player Niall Walsh wrote on his Facebook page: “Walkin down Grafton Street round 3ish bump into Harry Potter head gone lookin for the party, get few pics, get our wands out for quick leak then into a taxi to Capt David Byrnes for the after-sesh.”
In other news, Radcliffe is also tipped for one of the lead roles in Paul McGuigan’s (Lucky Number Slevin, TV’s Sherlock) upcoming Frankenstein, very loosely based on the classic Mary Shelley book.
Apparently Radcliffe is keen on the Hunchback role in McGuigan’s futuristic take on the tale, the character will be the assistant to Henry Frankenstein as he creates the monster which is described as “pathologically dirty and dressed in old clown’s clothing”.
The actor, 23, has many movies in the pipeline, including the lead role in the adaptation of Joe Hill’s superb supernatural thriller/mystery Horns.
