Dark Knight Rises running time revealed?!

June 6th, 2012 by Andrew Comments

We touched on this a few days ago, but it looks like it’s now confirmed that the third and final installment in Christopher Nolan’s Batman movies will have an epic runtime…

AMC cinemas in the U.S. has put up details of The Dark Knight Rises on it’s webpage along with the announcement from Warner Bros Studio that tickets for the movie will be available for pre-booking from Monday 11th June from noon. There’s been nothing mentioned on any U.K. cinema sites yet regarding this, but the AMC website also confirmed one piece of information, the movie’s running time.
The final part of Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy will run for 2 hours and 45 minutes, longer than either of the first two movies.
The Dark Knight Rises has the same U.K. release date as the U.S. – July 20th, so be on the lookout for U.K. cinemas to maybe start pre-booking around the same time.
