Halo 4 Launch

November 6th, 2012 by StealthBuda Comments

Halo 4 launched around the world last night and is set to break sales records worldwide.  The fourth game in the franchise is the first in a brand new chapter of the series.  343 Industries have taken the Halo reigns from Bungie and hope to take Master Chief to new heights.

The London launch of Halo 4 saw Master Chief touring the midnight launch in a Warthog and a huge illuminated glyph flow over London.  The glyph “a symbol of the new threat that has awakened in “Halo 4, which measures 50 feet in diameter and weighs 3.2 tons, was illuminated by 113,096 LED lights and represents one of the largest objects ever to be flown by helicopter as a lighting art performance.”

I picked up the Collectors Edition, and while a full review will be posted on FTN, the Collectors Edition is one of the best limited edition releases I’ve ever seen.  It’s authentic and extremely well put together and I’m very impressed with everything in the box.

Have you picked up Halo 4?  What do you think?  Have you been watching Forward Unto Dawn?  What do you think of that?  Would you like to see a full Halo movie?
