Anne Hathaway has said she would be up for starring in a standalone Catwoman film if it was made “with the right people”.
Speaking to Digital Spy, the actress admitted that she would embrace a solo Catwoman movie if her Dark Knight Rises director Christopher Nolan was involved in the project.
“I think it would be lovely to see more of her but only if it’s with the right people,” Hathaway said.
“She lives in this Gotham City and so it would have to be established by the people who have made this Gotham City. For me, at least.”
Nolan previously said that Hathaway deserves to her own Catwoman film based on her performance in The Dark Knight Rises.
