Is Gordon-Levitt really set for Justice League?

December 13th, 2012 by bash Comments

Joseph Gordon-Levitt could well be set to play Batman in the forthcoming Justice League movie.

It follows recent internet speculation after his turn as John Blake in The Dark Knight Rises.

With Warner Bros. confirming a Justice League film for 2015, casting rumours immediately surfaced that Gordon-Levitt would play Gotham’s ultimate protector.

And now Christopher Nolan has been pinned down on that rumour by Movieline.

His answer: “I can’t talk about that,” Nolan told the site with what they describe as a “Cheshire smile, “You know that.”

Nolan, of course, is now producing Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel and Snyder himself recently told The New York Post that his take on the iconic character would “keep them on course” for a 2015 ensemble film.

Will Beall is currently working on a League script, aiming for a 2015 release.

Hi all. I'm Bash and love anything and everything to do with Star Wars. Although I've watched hundreds of movies, read dozens of books and played numerous computer games from other genres and franchises since, nothing has come close to seeing George Lucas' epic for the very first time. I hope you all like the site and come back often.
