Yep, that’s right. “Leatherface” that fun lovin’, chainsaw weilding, insanely screamingly pleasant chap is back in a direct sequel to the Tobe Hopper classic, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

Picking up directly where the original finished, we see a young woman screaming and running for her life from a (slightly) peeved and derranged psycho with a mask and a chainsaw.

This is the first picture from the release, which will be in 3D. Have to say, I really loved the original but totally disliked the re-make. I’m not too sure what to make of this as the original was full of 70′s low bugget camera-work and truly haunting visuals.

Still, this picture is certainly capturing the character in all his moody self, just wish they had shown us his happy smiling face!
