Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is coming to PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2013, Square Enix have announced.
Revealed at a Final Fantasy 25th Anniversary Event this weekend, the company said the game will feature the FFXIII heroine in a tense finale as a doomsday clock counts down 13 days until the end of the world.
The developer stopped short of calling the game an action title but said it is developing it with ‘responsive’ control input in mind.
A trailer for the title was shown off at the Japan event, though it has yet to surface online.
