Lost star joins the Revolution

July 2nd, 2012 by bash Comments

Former ‘Lost’ star Elizabeth Mitchell has joined J.J. Abrams and Eric Kripke’s “Revolution” as a series regular, The Hollywood Reporter has said.

She joins a cast that includes Billy Burke, Tracy Spiridakos, Anna Lise Phillips, Zak Orth, Graham Rogers, J.D. Pardo, Giancarlo Esposito, David Lyons, Maria Howell and Tim Guinee.

A synopsis for the show reads: “Our entire way of life depends on electricity. So what would happen if it just stopped working? Well, one day, like a switch turned off, the world is suddenly thrust back into the dark ages. Planes fall from the sky, hospitals shut down, and communication is impossible. And without any modern technology, who can tell us why?”

The debut episode, which will air on September 17, will be directed by Jon Favreau.

Hi all. I'm Bash and love anything and everything to do with Star Wars. Although I've watched hundreds of movies, read dozens of books and played numerous computer games from other genres and franchises since, nothing has come close to seeing George Lucas' epic for the very first time. I hope you all like the site and come back often.
