April 30th, 2012 by Crowbar Comments

Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH today announced a late June release for its METAL GEAR SOLID HD Collection for the new PlayStation®Vita handheld entertainment system.

METAL GEAR SOLID HD Collection updates two legendary Metal Gear Solid games that have been beautifully remastered. The PlayStation®Vita collection boasts enhanced versions of the acclaimed METAL GEAR SOLID 2: Sons of Liberty and METAL GEAR SOLID 3: Snake Eater titles, and both games enjoy all-new graphical make-overs, trophies and bespoke controls systems designed to make the most of the PlayStation®Vita’s touch-screen capabilities.

The Vita version will be available at the end of June, and will introduce a rebalanced user interface and Kojima Productions’ unique TRANSFARRING system for data sharing with PlayStation®3 units.
