Neil Gaiman and Doctor Who is a match made in heaven and it rang true last year when he wrote The Doctor’s Wife. And, if this is true, there’s more to come…
Acclaimed writer Neil Gaiman has reportedly let it slip that he is currently writing a brand new Doctor Who script which will be broadcast next year.
Having scored kudos with his previous success The Doctor’s Wife, Neil is penning yet another adventure for Matt Smith. He is said to be on his third draft.
In his first episode, The Doctor’s Wife, we saw the soul of the Tardis take human form in the shape of Suranne Jones’ Idris, it was originally scheduled for Matt Smith’s debut season until it was pushed back a year rapidly becoming a fan favourite.
Who knows what Gaiman has in store this time but please no silly mistakes like the ‘pull to open’ debate.
