Sorry we’re a bit late with these guys… busy, busy, busy.
Here’s a few new images fromThe Dark Knight Rises from the guys at Batman News: They show us new glimpses at Catwoman’s costume, Bane at the stock exchange, Bruce Wayne with Lucius Fox, and Batman checking his email on an iPad (probably not – ed).
We recently had it confirmed that The Dark Knight Rises will share the same 12a rating here in the UK and PG-13 in the US as with the first two movies and we’re still surprised how little has been officially released for the movie from Warners and Nolan. It’s clear that secrecy is the aim of the day.
However EW have managed to get these bits outt of Nolan and co:
“Hardy says Bane’s voice is influenced by the comic book character’s Caribbean heritage among other things, and the concern over the muffled quality was initially discussed – “It’s a risk, because we could be laughed at — or it could be very fresh and exciting..The audience mustn’t be too concerned about the mumbly voice. As the film progresses, I think you’ll be able to tune to its setting.
In regards to Catwoman, Nolan says “She has a very strong way of protecting herself and those she cares about which implies an underlying darkness.”
