When HBO screened their “Interviews with The Iceman”, it was both a critical and audience success.
Based on the biopic of Richard “The Iceman” Kuklinski, who is allegedly responsible for killing over 200 people, it seemed this was destined to be a big screen feature.
Well, finally after a number of years in development it’s being “made” (note the mob speak already). Michael Shannon (General Zod in the upcoming Man of Steel) will play the cool and extremely dangerous Kuklinski.
Having already read the book and seen the interviews, I personally hope this film pulls no punches in its narrative, that said, there are many scenes that will cause the audience to litterally cringe with horror (this will NOT be a popcorn movie). Here is an image to “keep you on ice” until its released…get it?!
