Snow White is no more as Universal eye Huntsman sequel

August 15th, 2012 by bash Comments

It seems that the Huntsman and not Snow White will be getting a sequel, if reports by Deadline and the Hollywood Reporter are anything to go by.

Both trades are reporting that Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders will be involved with writer David Koepp. However, while Chris Helmsworth will remain involved, it seems that Kristen Stewart’s affair with Sanders may have contributed to the decision to follow down this path.

It’s not the first time reports have surfaced that the “Snow White” sequel could be based on the character of the Huntsman. Back in April, Universal chief Ron Meyer said that they could go down that route if the film was successful.

No word on whether Charlize Theron will return as the Evil Queen.

Hi all. I'm Bash and love anything and everything to do with Star Wars. Although I've watched hundreds of movies, read dozens of books and played numerous computer games from other genres and franchises since, nothing has come close to seeing George Lucas' epic for the very first time. I hope you all like the site and come back often.
