Deadline is reporting that Guillermo del Toro’s book series ‘The Strain’ is coming to the small screen.
Chuck Hogan, who co-authored the books which involves a vampire virus, will share writing credits with Del Toro for the series which is being adapted by FX.
Del Toro is also likely to be involved in directing the series. It would likely be planned to a finite number of episodes from the beginning.
