A Brazilian man has ended up on media outlets worldwide after he painted himself green to look like The Incredible Hulk – only for his new colour not to wash off.
Enrique dos Santos, a swimming pool attendant, had wanted to look like the Marvel hero for a fancy dress party and used a paint reserved for ballistic missiles and nuclear submarines.
He has been pictured in torn Hulk-jeans and semi-painted green skin, surrounded by clapping children, to the amusement of locals. In another photo (above), his mother tried to wash the paint off with a sponge and what looked to be a toilet bowl brush.
However, reports are now saying that after being continuously scrubbed and washed by friends and neighbors for 24 hours, the paint finally came off.
