Screenwriter Robert Mark Kamen says that talks have already begun for a third Taken film.
Although the second film is barely out in cinemas (pulling in $50m on the opening weekend), he told Hollywood.com that the powers that be are already discussing plans for the future.
“We didn’t start talking about [it] until we saw the numbers,” Kamen told the site. “But then we said, ‘Oh, okay. I think we should do a third one.’ And Fox wants us to do a third one.”
No word on whether Liam Neeson will return for a third time but it would seem a little strange if he didn’t.
