Yeates still keen on Doctor Who movie

Rumours of a big screen outing for Doctor Who just won’t go away.

Harry Potter director David Yates has told that he still plans to bring the Time Lord to the big screen but that it’s still ‘5 or 6 years away’.
Current Who showrunner Steven Moffat is adamant there are no plans to bring Who to the big screen, but the fact that it’s still years away would suggest that Moffat is only talking about his own personal plans.
There have been suggestions that Moffat will leave after next year’s 50th celebrations of the character. Watch this space …
