Not a very interesting week with the top ten as nothing could shake Ted from the top spot, in fact it has now broken records as the highest grossing non-sequel comedy over the space of a 10 day period.
Two new films graced this week’s chart, first off going in at number ten is violent thriller/drama Offender, however it was the all dancing Step Up 4: Miami Heat which was the highest new entry going in at number 3, sadly (? – ed) that’s where the good news stops for the film as it has taken nearly £2 million less than the 3rd film in the series on it’s debut weekend.
10. Offender – (NE) – £74.154
9. Magic Mike – £135.108 – £8.111.970
8. Amazing Spider-man – £199.304 – £25.548.555
7. Dr Seuss’ The Lorax – £375.710 – £5.962.519
6. Ice Age 4: Continental Drift – £532.353 – £26.507.381
5. Brave – £574.261 – £2.222.395
