Jared Leto shares scary/awesome new image of his Joker Vs Affleck’s Batman UPDATED

April 23rd, 2017 by Marc 1 Comment

Jared Leto, who played the love him or hate Joker in last year’s Suicide Squad has posted a pretty awesome image on his Instagram (below).

The image is of his Joker grabbing Ben Affleck’s Batman and holding a knife to his throat.

And man, it shows how dangerous Joker can – and should – be.

Where the image comes from is anyone’s guess, though we’re guessing it’s probably from filming Suicide Squad as there’s been no secret that Leto had a lot of scenes cut from the movie… could this have happened before we saw the chase scene with Batman on Joker’s car in the movie perhaps?

We love it and, while not everyone agrees, we actually really liked his Joker and can’t wait to see what he does next in the DCCU.

Thoughts?

UPDATE: The image is actually from a photographer who does amazing toy images, so these are intact the Hot Toys figures (although they have been photoshopped at the shoulder and wrists to remove the joints).

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
