Friend of FTN Michael Biehn (check out our interview with him here) set for remake of French horror.
The English speaking version of the Patrick Valladare’s Hidden in the Woods will now star Aliens and Terminator star Michael Biehn after real life wife Jennifer Blanc-biehn brokered a deal for the rights to make the movie.
It will debut this August at the Fantasia International Film Festival.
Following the success of their own grind house movie the Victim, Biehn will take the lead on this one which will be shot in Chile.
Having seen the original apparently Michael and Jennifer fell in love with it and desperately wanted to make this movie which will be adapted by the original writers.
Having met the Biehns, I have no doubt this will be a labour of love for them.
