The UK box office top 10 is starting to show signs of change with movies that have been in the chart for months now starting to drop as is the case with last week’s number one, the Amazing Spider-man which couldn’t hold on to the top spot for more than a week with Ice Age 4: Continental Drift taking the throne.
3 new films graced this week’s chart, first of going in at number 5 was bollywood film Cocktail (not a remake of the 80′s film with Tom Cruise), doing better by hitting the number 4 spot is a surprise entry for Seeking a Friend for the end of the World, however the highest new entry went to stripper drama Magic Mike which went in at number 3 taking just over £2.5 million.
