Beware, this could certainly be considered spoilerific as we will talk a little about the end of Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Ready?

Ok, good…

Ok, so remember a while back there was two rumours about Hulk’s next movie after Avengers: Age of Ultron? You may remember there were two main theories…

The first fan favourite was that ol’ green was going to head into space and this would lead to Planet Hulk. Now, given Ruffalo’s comments recently (here) we reckon this could well be where and when we’ll see him again, despite all the protestations of Kevin Feige that they aren’t making Planet Hulk.

Although since Planet Hulk wasn’t on Marvel’s Phase 3 lineup, that would mean he’s not in Avengers 3 and 4.

However, the recent revelation that Universal still own the distribution rights to any future Hulk movies – remember they made the first Hulk movie in the MCU with Marvel before Disney got in so deep? So, unless that can be sorted out, Planet Hulk won’t work.

Which leads us to the next idea – and again, it’s one we heard a long time ago – and that is that Hulk was going to head into space to meet… ready? The Guardians of the Galaxy.

Recent reports are saying that, at the end of Avengers :Age of Ultron Hulk/Banner is stuck in a Quinjet far above earth and he’s left there with no explanation of where he goes next.

According to Badass Digest: “the fact that he’s not quite in space means that the door has obviously been left open for him either to crash land to Earth in the near future or head to a Galaxy Far, Far Away… Marvel was considering sending Hulk into Guardians of the Galaxy 2, especially if the first film didn’t hit – having a Hulk in the mix could goose the box office on the sequel.”

So, that means we have three options:

1. Hulk crashes to earth and picks up in Infinity War.

2. Hulk goes into space, Disney get the distribute rights back, and he heads off to be a gladiator in Planey Hulk…

3. Or he pops up in Guardians of the Galaxy 2 and brings Starlord and the gang to earth just in time to fight Thanos.

What do you all think? Let us know your thoughts…
