Deadline are reporting that Chris Helmsworth is in talks to take the lead role in Steven Spielberg’s Robopocalypse.
The site is claiming that the Thor star met Speilberg amid much secrecy and that he has virtually secured the coveted part.
The technothriller will be based on the Daniel H. Wilson novel about the human race’s attempt to survive an apocalyptic robot uprising.
Robopocalypse will be released on April 25, 2014.
