Joker trailer

TV Spots:

Ok, here be SPOILERS….

Still here?

Sure?

Ok, then…

Ok, so at SDCC, Batman-News has a man on the job who grabbed the image below of a new DC Collectibles figure of Leto’s Joker.

And you’ll see the dragon which is definitely inspired by “All Star Batman and Robin, The Boy Wonder #8”, which was written by Frank Miller with art by Jim Lee.

In another leak from SDCC thanks to a toy manufacturer, in this case Hot Toys, we see a new Joker wearing a Batman costume – albeit a hideously modified one for the Joker…

So does Joker wear this in the movie? It sure looks like a modified Batsuit… does Joker acquire a Batman suit in the movie? We need to know!!!

Oh, before we go further, director David Ayer has revealed why this Batman will be unlike any other: “All the Batman movies have been from Batman’s point of view. He’s the good guy. He’s the hero of his own movie in all the movies we’ve seen. If you look at what Bruce Wayne has done in creating the Batman persona, his idea was to terrorize criminals. It’s sort of psychological warfare against criminals. This wraith that comes in the night and attacks and pulls criminals from society. For the first time, we’re seeing Batman from the point of view of the criminals and he’s freaking scary.”

The images of Joker’s new outfit are below and you’ll find the full gallery HERE

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
