Constantine show could be coming to TV

September 27th, 2013 by Irwin Fletcher 2 Comments

The man behind Man of Steel and The Dark Knight series is at it again! No, not Christopher Nolan, David Goyer (who co-wrote both series) is now penning a new series centered around John Constantine for NBC.

Those unfamiliar with the character may remember the cinematic debut in Constantine, then portrayed by Keanu Reeves. He was first introduced in the Alan Moore Swamp Thing comic book run in 1985 and continues to con his way around the DCU today. He’s also been rumored to be featured in the upcoming Justice League Dark movie along side other characters like Swamp Thing, Deadman, and Zatanna.

I personally think Constantine is a character made for a TV show. The twist of supernatural happenings and mystery will make a terrific show to sit down and watch week to week!
