The new opening credits for Peter Capaldi’s first series as the Doctor have made their way into the big wide spoiler filled sea that is the internet…
The footage came from a screening of the first episode, Deep Breath, which premiered in Cardiff this week. They’re certainly different, and feature the cogs and clockwork theme from the proposed titles which we reported on a few weeks ago. Compare and contrast the titles to the concept version below – theyre very similar! Its quite flat in places but overall I liked them, my only major issue is the animation of the Police Box at the end, which feels clunky and is overall unnecessary.
