Get ready for the new daily show

Fringe final season suspended as John Noble recovers

July 27th, 2012 by Marc Comments

We here at FTN HQ are pacing the floors in anticipation for the final season of Fringe, does this mean we’ll have to wait a while longer?

Production on the fifth and final season of Fringe hit a delay this week due to an illness.
The main star and heart of the cast, John Noble, is currently undergoing treatment for a sleep disorder.
Filming will get back underway on August 7th.
The Hollywood Reporter originally broke the story that filming was halted on July 23rd and was only expected to be delayed for 3 days.
There were a few illnesses and star (and friend of FTN)  Jasika Nicole had been involved in a small auto collision that initially caused the delay.

Best wishes go out to the cast and crew. I know I for one can’t wait to get into the last season of my favorite alternate-reality, time traveling sci-fi series.

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
