New Teen Titans series looks set to ruffle a few fan feathers…

Fans of the new teen Titans cartoon series are in for a few surprises. Not only will it NOT be a continuation of the original but will also be more comedic in nature. The only ties will be the characters Producers Michael Jelenic and Aaron Horvath have told fans at Comic Con that continuity from the original show is out the window. There will be no fighting bar what comes from putting them in comedic domestic situations. Robin will be a Chandler like character and with being the only one with no super powers, this will become a major issue for him.
The thinking behind it seems to be that they are basically five characters in a sitcom situation so it’s the direction they want to explore. The producers know there will many disappointed fans at their take on it but promises they may be surprised at what they have in store for them.
