Another day, another Marvel Comics teaser this time in relation to summer event book ‘Civil War ll’.
‘Who will fall’ is the tag line seemingly indicating that a hero is set to make the ultimate sacrifice in issue 3 scheduled for release on 6/7/16. Issue 1 which shipped this week saw the demise of War Machine AND She-Hulk so writer Brian Bendis is not shy on delivering big moments and deaths.
Who do we think it could be? Our money is on Bruce Banner/The Hulk. The cover for issue 3 shows the Hulk on a rampage presumably after he hears about his cousin Jennifer’s death and we assume it will lead to the other heroes making the hard decision of taking him down for good. Bendis has also went on record and said that a huge moment happens with The Hulk in #3 and said ‘Im probably going to have to unplug my computer for a few days’ after it releases.
