Godzilla Vs Kong gets awesome poster ahead of trailer release this weekend

January 21st, 2021 by Marc Comments

Ahead of the March 26th release in cinemas and on HBO Max of Godzilla Vs Kong, we have a very awesome new poster (above) and the news that a trailer is finally due on Sunday (January 24th).

The movie is the next installment in the Monster Universe series after Godzilla, Kong: Skull Island and Godzilla: King of the Monsters, so you should know exactly what you’re getting when these two monster icons meet, really.

Anyway, check out the very cool poster and we’ll bring you the trailer on Sunday (there’s a teaser for the trailer below). Noice.

PS I’m prepared to bet neither will stay do if they do fall as the poster promises. Thoughts?

In a time when monsters walk the Earth, humanity’s fight for its future sets Godzilla and Kong on a collision course that will see the two most powerful forces of nature on the planet collide in a spectacular battle for the ages. As Monarch embarks on a perilous mission into uncharted terrain and unearths clues to the Titans’ origins, a human conspiracy threatens to wipe the creatures, both good and bad, from the face of the earth forever.

Alexander Skarsgård, Millie Bobby Brown, Rebecca Hall and Kyle Chandler star.

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
