We have a title for the third Jurassic World movie thanks to Director Colin Trevorrow.
The movie has officially started filming and Trevorrow revealed the full title will be Jurassic World: Dominion.
Word is the movie will see the dinosaurs having claimed ‘dominion’ in North America after the events of the last movie, Fallen Kingdom wherein for some bizarre reason the dinosaurs were set free upon the world.
We got a glimpse of this in Trevorrow’s short film Battle At Big Rock, released last summer which you can watch here.
Star Chris Pratt has described the movie as: “Sovereignty or control. ‘man’s attempt to establish dominion over nature’ #JurassicWorldDominion Hold onto your butts…” (nice throwback to Samuel L Jackson in the first movie, there).
Jurassic World: Dominion will star Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Sam Neill, Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldblum will return as Dr. Alan Grant, Dr. Ellie Sattler, and Dr. Ian Malcolm.
It’s also looking like Jurassic Park child star Joe Mazzello will be back too, having recently tweeted: “I think it’s time to get back to work. What do you say gang?”
The dinosaurs will walk the earth one more time on June 11th, 2021
