Welcome to Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. With all the wonder, adventure and thrills synonymous with one of the most popular and successful franchises in cinema history, this all-new motion-picture event sees the return of favourite characters and dinosaurs—along with new breeds more awe-inspiring and terrifying than ever before
Steven Spielberg and Colin Trevorrow return to executive produce Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment’s Jurassic World 3, the next chapter in one of the biggest franchises in the history of cinema. Producers Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley once again partner with Spielberg and Trevorrow in leading the filmmakers for this instalment. Joining the Jurassic team for the first time is Emily Carmichael (upcoming Pacific Rim Uprising, The Black Hole), who will craft the Jurassic World 3 screenplay with Trevorrow. They will work off a story by Derek Connolly and Trevorrow, who together co-wrote Jurassic World and this summer’s highly anticipated Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
The original Jurassic Park in 1993, was a technological wonder and will always hold a place in heart of anyone who saw it in the theatres, as we sat awe struck at seeing a T-rex, that actually looked scary and not just like a clay monster, rampaging after the heroes, but the returns diminished with each of the sequels. The first Jurassic World movie released in 2015 was a good movie carried by the everyman charm of Chris Pratt and here’s to hoping that the sequel curse that so afflicted the original trilogy doesn’t affect the new franchise.
