While, I’ll not lie, I had kind of forgotten that Sony’s cinematic Spider-verse without Spider-Man had a second movie (Venom was the first) movie due this summer, I’m now pretty excited for Jared Leto’s take on another iconic Marvel villain.
While the MCU and Sony seem to be working on ways to tie their universes together, it’s clear that Sony are going for the darker edge with their corner of the universe and this leaked image of Leto as Morbius: The Living Vampire both proves that and looks great:

With the trailer due on Monday and this pretty impressive first look, it’s fair to say that Sony could have another winner on the way.
