With the trailer for the Power Rangers reboot rumored to drop this week. An interesting name has been added to the cast. Bryan Cranston has signed on to play the role of Zordon. (Continues)

The giant floaty head is a galactic sage, the creator and mentor of the Power Rangers, and the adversary of villain Rita Repulsa, who will be played by Elizabeth Banks.
Cranston has history with the Power Ranger as he voiced some of the monsters on the original TV show including Snizzard. Because of his popularity on set, the Blue Ranger was even given the last name Cranston to commemorate the actor’s time on the show. (Continues)
