Man, Halloween is just one franchise that keeps coming back and now star Jamie Lee Curtis, who has starred the franchise fairly consistently since the 1978 original has hinted that she’s not necessarily done with the franchise, despite it having a clear ending in 2022.
And in 1998’s Halloween H2O.
Anyway, despite director David Gordon Green’s recent trilogy coming to an end in, em, Halloween Ends, Curtis is now hinting it’s not definitely the end. But probably is.

“I have hung up my bell-bottoms and my pale blue button-down shirt, and I have relinquished [Laurie] to the ages with a warm, ‘aloha,’ and a thanks for all the years and memories,” Curtis says.
But then she adds: “And yet… if I’ve learned anything in my 65 years on the planet, it’s never say never. Goodbye.”
Now, there’s no doubt that Halloween will at some stage return in some form or other – they tried to reboot is a few times already – but it seems that having Curtis coming back as Laurie, the final girl of the franchise at 65 [or older] is a stretch even for a series of movies that stretch credulity like Halloween.
But, look, stranger things have happened. Probably.
Should Curtis’ Laurie return to the series? Let me know your thoughts, guys…
