UK top ten box office countdown (WE 19 April 2013)

Last week Tom Cruise’s new film Oblivion shot to the top of the chart with a very impressive opening weekend, this week however the film has been knocked off the top spot by one of this week’s new films.

Three new films entered this week’s chart, first off going in at number seven was romantic comedy Love is All you Need starring Pierce Brosnan. Into the top three we have two new entries, first off going in at number three was horror remake Evil Dead which took a respectable £1.3 million, the highest new entry of the week went to action film Olympus Has Fallen which went straight into the top spot.

New Releases – Well, there is only one movie of any note out this week and that’s the return of Tony Stark in Iron Man 3. If you do want to see something else then you have horror anthology ABC of Death and comedy film Bernie.
