We all know that Ben Affleck will be reprising his role as Batman/Bruce Wayne in the upcoming The Flash movie (here) and now the star has talked about how it felt putting on the suit again.
It’s no secret that Affleck has had a bumpy ride playing the role that was so bad that his own standalone Batman movie was scrapped and he stood down from the role after the Justice League fiasco.
However, it seems that he enjoyed playing the Dark Knight again, saying he had a ‘great time’ and that “It was a really nice way to revisit that as the prior experience had been difficult”.
Now, we’re not saying this lends any credence to the rumours that he is secretly developing a Batman project with HBO Max (here) but given that one of the main reasons fans believe he wouldn’t return was due to how much he hated being Batman, we reckon that we may yet see more of Affleck’s Batman in the future.
And that would be a dream come true for many of us.
