Great news! A sequel to Godzilla Minus One is officially happening!
Godzilla Minus One writer, director and VFX supervisor Takashi Yamazaki took to social media to break the news, saying: “Hello everyone, I have wonderful news, I’ll be directing the new Godzilla movie, please stay tuned!”
Godzilla Munis One became an unexpected global phenomenon when it opened earlier this year, smashing the box office, winning Oscars and making so many ‘top movies of the year’ lists, so having Yamazaki back is a welcome, if not entirely unexpected, treat.
