Zack Snyder talks his Justice League getting an IMAX release and releases full ‘we live in a society’ scene…

Much to the joy of many of our readers, it appears we will soon be able to go to an IMAX to enjoy Zack Snyder’s Justice League in its full big screen glory.

Released a couple of weeks ago to massively positive reviews and reception on HBO Max, the director’s full vision for his movie has been something fans have wanted since 2017 and we got it… but having it on the small screen will not be the end of the story

It now seems that, according to Snyder, the movie will be getting an IMAX release and, on top of that, we could be getting a Man of Steel, Batman V Superman Ultimate Edition and Zack Snyder’s Justice League triple feature release!

They have given me a handful of charity screenings in IMAX,” Snyder said.

“So, as we go forward, I’m going to do a handful of charity screenings – a couple in color, a couple in black and white – and that’s my plan. As we head toward the fall, with the Nerd Queens, we really want to do Zack Con Two or Snyder Con Two. The idea there would be to do an IMAX weekend where we would do Man of Steel, BvS and Justice League as sort of a three-day event and try and get as many of the people who made the movie and the cast and whoever will help us out as a huge charity event. A huge kind of fan gathering with cosplay and the whole… like a real celebration of the whole thing.”

Snyder had previously said of the movie that, due to its four hour running time they “have a 10-minute intermission which is built into the movie. [It] has like a beautiful suite of music, so that adds an extra 10 minutes to the movie [in the credits]”.

Sadly, it seems that the screenings of the movie (and the Justice is Gray black and white version) will be pretty limited and a young fella like myself in Sunny Ireland has no chance.

And, speaking of Justice Is Gray, Snyder has just released the full scene between Batman and Joker with the ‘we live in a society’ dialogue which is only in the black and white version.
