Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett’s Good Omens TV show is shaping up to be something pretty special.
Today we have tow awesome bits of casting, Firstly, Jon Hamm as the Angel Gabriel looking fabulous as the Angel Gabriel, who is tipped to have a more prominent role in the series than he did in the books with his character being fleshed out by ideas that Gaiman and the late Pratchett had put together for a proposed sequel to the original book which will sadly probably not happen now, given that Pratchett is no longer with us.
Next up is the great Derek Jacobi as the voice of God, Metatron.
These are two awesome bits of casting, joining David Tennant and Michael Sheen as as the demon Crowley and the angel Aziraphale
Let us know if you’re as excited for the series as we are…
Good Omens hits Amazon Video worldwide and the BBC in the UK in 2019.
Here is a photograph of the Metatron’s trailer. Next to it is a very rumpled showrunner. Next to it is our Metatron, an unrumpled Sir Derek Jacobi. “It’s not every day you get to play the Voice of God,” he said. #GoodOmens pic.twitter.com/9Vt6CXg2Cr
