We’re days away from the release of Predator: Badlands, one of my most anticipated movies of the year, and we have a new international trailer and two exciting new clips to share with you below.

On November 7, witness the rise of the ultimate Predator. Watch the international trailer for Predator: Badlands, in theaters and IMAX November 7. Get tickets now: https://www.fandango.com/PredatorBadl…

Set in the future on a deadly remote planet, “Predator: Badlands” follows a young Predator outcast (played by newcomer Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi) who finds an unlikely ally in Thia (Emmy and Golden Globe nominee Elle Fanning) as he embarks on a treacherous journey in search of the ultimate adversary.

Produced by John Davis, Dan Trachtenberg, Marc Toberoff, Ben Rosenblatt and Brent O’Connor, “Predator: Badlands” opens exclusively in movie theaters on November 7 in IMAX, Dolby Cinema, RealD (3D), Cinemark XD, 4DX, ScreenX and premium screens everywhere.

Check out these two new clips from Predator Badlands:

While the new clips above, especially the second one, seem to really hint at this movie setting up a new Alien V Predator movie, director Dan Trachtenberg confirms there’s “no Xenomorph” in Badlands, telling Empire Magazine:  “We’re not involving [the Alien franchise] just to smush the action figures together,” says the director. “There are great, organic story reasons for Weyland-Yutani to be in this film.”

Given how great Prey and Killer of Killers were and how Badlands looks top notch too, I think it’s fair to say we can wait for the universe two scariest monsters to meet when the time is right…

Thoughts? I know you have them and I wanna hear ’em.

Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
