Not long after having found out that a new director is attached to The Crow remake, the lead star of the film Luke Evans has revealed he’s leaving the project.

Evans had been doing some press for the upcoming Hobbit film The Battle of the Five Armies and was asked about the remake and if it was progressing.

“It’s not, no. No at the minute The Crow is not, not for me, I think it’s a little… I mean I’m sure it’s going to go ahead at some point, but I have other projects that are greenlit and ready to go and projects that I’m very interested in and you know, I can’t wait much longer! [laughs]”

Some may not that this is not confirmation of him leaving, but given how long this movie is taking to just get of the ground? It’s more than likely he’ll leave before a confirmation is given.
