

It looks like Sony, after the disastrous Men In Black: International, are preparing to reboot the franchise again in an effort to bring it back to its former glory.
As of now, the script for the new movie is being written by Bad Boys For Life writer Chris Bremner and it seems that Sony really want this to bring Will Smith back into MIB HQ to front the movie and franchise once again, moving forward, although even having him appear in a passing the torch capacity would be desirable, like in Ghostbusters or Creed.
Whatever happens, Smith’s Agent J will be in the script… for now. But it’s clear that Smith will not be signing on until he’s read and likes the script.

You never know, we might see the MIB meets Jump St idea might make a return.
That all said, it would be nice, given that Tommy Lee Jones is almost 80 now, if they brought back Josh Brolin as the young Agent K because he nailed it in MIB III. Just a thought.
But then again, maybe not.
