We knew it was coming, but we finally have our first look at Krystn Ritter’s return to the MCU as super-powered PI Jessica Jones, thanks to EW.

Her return will see her team up with her Defenders co-star, Charlie Cox, in the highly anticipated Daredevil: Born Again season 2.

“We’ve been really waiting for this opportunity for so long now to put these two on screen together and have more fun with them,” Cox says of Ritter’s return.

Jon Bernthal talks about upcoming Disney+ Punisher Special

The duo appeared in standalone shows and then in The Defenders when Netflix was producing the MCU live-action shows, but when Marvel took the shows back, it seemed like it took forever before we got a new Daredevil series last year, and now it seems we might be getting the whole gang back together.

The new images also give us a look at Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, returning with a new hairdo. We also have had it confirmed that Elden Henson will also returns as Foggy Nelson, but there are no images of that.

We also get a look at Lili Taylor as Governor Marge McCaffrey, along with Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin/Wilson Fisk, Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Fisk and, most excitingly, Matthew Lillard’s MCU debut as the mysterious and powerful Mr Charles.

Sony developing Spider-Punk movie set in Spider-Verse

Missing from the season is Jon Berthal’s Frank Castle/Punisher, but showrunner Brad Winderbaum reveals that “The Punisher TV special really does connect into the time and place that Daredevil: Born Again season 2 takes place.”

So, rest-assured, Punisher isn’t too far away.

Daredevil: Born Again returns in March on Disney+.

Thoughts? I know you have them and I wanna hear ’em all!
